Help Forge What Comes Next
Forge Lacrosse Performance is assembling a selective group of trusted coaches, former players, performance leaders, mentors, and game builders to help shape complete lacrosse athlete development.
Your experience. Your standards. Their next level.
The mission of the Forge Advisory Board is to define the standard for the next generation of elite lacrosse athletes.
The Mission

Built from decades of championship-level experience, leadership, and insight, the Advisory Board brings together proven voices who understand what the game demands at the highest levels — and what tomorrow’s athletes must become to meet it.
Forge exists to develop players with purpose, precision, confidence, and competitive intelligence. The Founding Advisory Board strengthens that mission by serving as a trusted council of leaders who have lived the game, shaped the game, and know the difference between talent and true advancement.
Their role is to help Forge build the blueprint for elite player development: athletes who train with intent, sharpen every detail, compete under pressure, and prepare for where the game is going next.
What the Board Helps Shape
The board is built to strengthen the standards behind the Forge Method, athlete development model, and long-term vision.
Competitive mindset
Speed of decision
Leadership habits
Training intent
This is not a ceremonial page. It is an invitation to help Forge build smarter, cleaner, tougher, and more complete development for the athletes and families we serve.
Who We Want in the Room
We are looking for respected people across the lacrosse world — coaches, former players, performance professionals, mentors, program builders, and leaders who care about doing things the right way.
If you believe player development needs higher standards, Forge wants to hear from you.
