Founding Advisory Board
Forge is uniting elite minds across men’s and women’s lacrosse to help build the complete player development system — from youth athletes learning the game to college competitors chasing their next level.
Forge is building the next standard in lacrosse development.
The Forge Advisory Board brings together a selective group of respected coaches, former players, current players, performance leaders, mentors, and builders of the game.
The goal is simple: develop better athletes, build better leaders, and grow the game the right way.
This board exists to help Forge refine the Forge Method, strengthen our curriculum, guide our camps and clinics, and provide honest expert feedback on what today’s lacrosse athletes actually need.
Player development should not live in separate lanes.
Too often, athletes get skills in one place, strength somewhere else, speed and agility somewhere else, leadership barely touched, and confidence left to chance. Forge is building a better model where lacrosse skills, athletic development, game IQ, leadership, and competitive mindset work together.
Lacrosse Skill Development
Stickwork, shooting, dodging, defending, goalie play, draws, faceoffs, transition play, footwork, and position-specific development.
Performance Training
Speed, agility, strength, power, conditioning, coordination, body control, and movement quality for lacrosse athletes.
Player Pathways
Guiding development from youth and middle school through high school, club, college, and the next level.
Women’s Development
Building a respected, specific, and powerful training pathway for girls’ and women’s lacrosse athletes.
Men’s Development
Sharpening systems for boys’ and men’s lacrosse players across positions, roles, and competitive levels.
Leadership + Mindset
Helping athletes communicate, compete, respond to pressure, lead teammates, and carry themselves with confidence.
Coaches, players, builders, and leaders who care about doing this right.
Forge is looking for people who care deeply about developing athletes and growing the game with standards, energy, and purpose.
